Bumi is the second child, and first son of Avatar Aang and Katara of the Southern Water Tribe. Unlike his siblings Kya and Tenzin, he is not a bender. While he is proud of his mixed cultural heritage, he holds no loyalty to any single nation, and instead is a steadfast supporter of the United Republic, where he is a commander in their Navy.

Physically he is tall and lanky, with unruly brown hair that is reminiscent of his namesake the late King Bumi of Omashu.

[Bumi is from Avatar: The Legend of Korra, and is the property Nickelodeon. He appears here solely for the purpose of role-playing in [community profile] milliways_bar, from which no profit whatsoever is being made.]
